Sociological Group “Rating” (Rating Group) is one of the biggest non-governmental and independent research organization in Ukraine established in 2008. “Rating” Group is specialized at all types of sociological research in compliance with international standards as approved by ESOMAR and WAPOR codes.

We have more than 14 years of experience of conducting opinion polls on the regional and national levels in Ukraine and abroad. We are a permanent member of the Ukrainian Sociological Association.

Each year the Rating Group conducts from 300,000 to 500,000 interviews and up to 200 focus group discussions.

Our capabilities are:

·       Face-to-face surveys (CAPI). Our network of interviewers includes over 500 persons throughout the territory of Ukraine using up to 450 Android-based tablets with our own tablets-based data collection software EPOLL©.

·       Telephone surveys (CATI). The ability to conduct up to 1,000 interviews per day by your own call center, operators working simultaneously on 200 telephone lines for CATI surveys.

·       Internet-based surveys (CAWI). Capacity of polls in messengers using a chat-bot or quantitative surveys with panel of respondents.

·       Quantitative surveys with combined methods (CATI and CAWI)

·       Focus group discussions

·       Expert and in-depth interviews

The Group’s customers are political parties and politicians, government bodies, non-governmental organizations, media, and businesses. Additionally, the Rating Group has implemented surveys for international organizations and programmes, such as UNICEF, USAID, the International Republican Institute, Government of Canada, the World Bank, the National Endowment for Democracy, universities of Poland, Denmark, Switzerland, and other countries.

Rating Group’s experts possess perennial experience in writing background papers, policy papers, analytical reports and other publications that contain analysis of primary and secondary data as well as recommendations.
