According to a study conducted by the sociological group "Rating" in September 2016, 30% of Ukrainians would rather go abroad for permanent residence, 40% - would like to work abroad.
The main reasons for desire of going abroad for the permanent residence is to obtain better living conditions (53%), the desire to ensure a better future for the children (41%), lack of decent work in Ukraine (32%). Every tenth respondent has the abroad experience.
Two thirds of Ukrainians, in case of permanent job abroad, would rather have returned to Ukraine after a while, 15% would not return soon.
